“I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad”

“We had a lovely stay! The dinner and breakfast were really good! The owner is super nice, the place is very clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and quiet.”

“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations....

“Very unique traditional onsen experience! Staff were very kind and helpful. Only stayed on night but it was perfect, very close to Yudanaka train station and Snow Monkey Park bus station, and only a mile walk from Shibu Hot Springs! Thank you very much. ”

“住過幾次 Comfort Inn, 新潟龜田店是第一次入住,訂二個房間二晚, 其中一間雙人房要連泊, 另一間雙人房第二晚要換成雙床房, Check-in 時明明只指定好某間房要連泊, 第二天早上也將所有行李放置這房間, 第二天晚上回來卻看到所有的東西都被移動到新房間 很明顯是溝通不良, 但check -in 時的櫃檯明明也重複確認連泊的房間號碼, 但輸入系統時卻輸入成錯的, 變成隔天的房務只能照做 很抱歉我們的日文無法像日本人一樣的流利造成溝通不良,但也希望全國連鎖飯店的 Comfort Inn 能多多使用翻譯機, 這次在日本十天到處都看到店家使用,已經是很普遍的東西,而且 Comfort Inn 也有在國際訂房網販售, 遇到外國人的機率非常高 除了這點, 飯店其他東西都合乎日本商務旅館的標準, 沒吃早餐無法評論”
